Mr. William Adams has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience across all areas of the business including mortgage brokerage, direct lending, development, acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. Will has plied his trade at GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital, Drexel Realty Partners, and CNL Commercial Real Estate before joining Falcon Realty Partners in 2014.

Mr. Adams is co-head of Falcon’s Investment Division and is tasked with sourcing and executing all facets of the development and acquisition business as well as providing all financial analysis requirements for the company.

Mr. Adams received a degree in Business from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC and otherwise has lived in Dallas his entire life. In his free time he enjoys racing bicycles, listening to music, reading books, and is a passionate follower of Manchester City Football Club.
